IRP registered vehicles will need the following:
- Registration cab cards
- Form 2290
- New York HUT sticker
- New IFTA license and decal
- New Mexico permit
- Oregon permit
- UCR registration
- Hazmat permit
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
